Hi...

I have just bought a new Hyundai i10 and am looking for a good quality music system. The options I am considering are:

1) Sony Xplod

2) Blaupunkt

3) Pioneer

My range is upto Rs 15,000. Can anybody suggest me which of the above would deliver the best music experience?

I am going for 100W speakers for front and 300W ones for rear.

Also I don't want to get holes for speakers in my rear parcel tray because that destroys the purpose of parcel tray. And the dealer says 300W speakers can't be accomoted in the rear doors. Can anybody suggest me an alternative?

Thank you in advance...

My vote for Pioneer. Now its all depends on your taste.

Which type of setup you whats? Which is the car?

Take any HU of pioneer & fix it with JBL or Polk Speaker. Sounds Great.

Hi

I have a Kenwood 5039 and am very satisfied with it. It has almost all of the settings i want if you want to connect an amp and subwoofer etc. The only drawback i see is the time to read media (CD & USB) is slightly longer. It cost me 7K with b/w 5 months back. It is not available in the market now, look for KDC-6043 which should be available. Pioneer is a good choice if you buy atleast 5050. Panasonic is also supposed to be good.

The performance of the system depends a lot on speakers you choose. If you want good performance in tight budget go for JBL. If you can spend bit more money, have an audition of Hertz, Polk etc. Component speakers in the front doors and 6x9 co-axials in a MDF tray at the rear will be an optimum setup.

regards

Bobby
