Jogi,

That is not a mistake, that is mentioned in the Manual. It is related to something rear fog lamp. I dont remember exact thing now.

I was given to understand that the rear fog light is on one side (right) and the reverse gear light on hte left.  I believe that this is in line with the latest safety regulations that are followed in the US.  Havent nothered to check.  I only hope Maruti has not mucked it up in not adapting the LHD standards to a RHD country like ours.

I brought SX4 ZXI back home.So i didn't see the car.My parents are telling  rear/tail indicators on left and right side are having different shades?Even sx4 website shows the same....Is it a mistake by Maruti or something else is there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too booked SX4 6 weeks back but after 4 weeks  iwas told my maruti dealer that the car is having a quality issue and the production has been stopped till the issue is being investigated and rectified.

I brought this to the attention of top Maruti management and they denied it. They then came back to me and told me that i will get my SX4 in time. But there was something wrong somewhere. I cancelled my booking and placed an order for Verna Xi (feel it).

Got my delivery yesterday and i must say the driving experience in Verna is much much better than SX4. Ride is smooth and pick up is far better than SX4. Fingers crossed for the mileage it returns but sure it will be better than SX4.

Hi

I was pondering on idea of shifting to Verna before, its only the high stance, other features holding my decision up. Howerver Verna has vtvt engine while sx4 has m-series engine which is not a variable valve tech. What about this quality issue, i shall check up with my dealer today.
