FIAT LINEA - coming 2008

January 2009 !!! ... bah .. they wont .. they would launch many more 2 door 15 lakh cars .. and how many of them do u see on the road?? they are not building a brand among the middle class indians .. they have just one car .. that too not with a good reputation (no offence car owners) .. they want the rich to buy their cars and would the rich be satisfied with a fiat?? (unless they tag it a ferari).. they could have done so after building  a brand among the car buyers. fiat is loosing it in india .. they have not learnt their lessons .. a company cannot be foolish these many times .. it is their arrogance ... and arrogance has never thrived in India ... shame on you fiat .. and shame on me ..  i denied myself from buying a dzire or a verna hoping this car to be a beauty .. beauty after a certain time vanishes .. and time is running away fast ..

Somehow can understand your emotions-but calling a Ferrari a Fiat(just because of ownership reasons) will be taking things too far. Fiat is doing brisk business in Europe and Brazil(south America) hence dont have much time for India(which turns out to be a high volume low profit margin market).

Its a waste of your time and money to invest in Fiat, Fiat is a gone case & one should invest on it only after it test/success for not less then 1 year.

Some lovers, pls accuse me.

European companies can never give you service like Asian companies.

Just go to China and see how they treat their customers.

yes those are very strong words from a CEO of a company.
I would take it. Lets see when this things gets materialized.
Though i dont see anything as of now at dealer end, they have no clues what so ever at in my city.

I fully agree it is arrogance on the part of Fiat. I am sure Rajeev you and your team must be reading this forum. Atleast you can have courtesy on behalf to Fiat kep giving your comment from time to time. Please remember human brain is very weak. If masses start telling something is bad it forms a permanent image snd impression and good things become bad also.
Good luck to Fiat. They are landing when the market has no funds. Only black magic can save them.

Hey , this is the first time we have heard from CEO of FIAT, but Sir , there are still Three more months to End this year & when we read FIAT compititors are equally working or may be much more to launch their car. We saw some advt. in TV few months back & thought you will launch by September. Suddenly the the ads are off air & there are no news from FIAT. On the other hand HONDA CITY has already started booking the cars where Delivery is schduled much later. Now thats called a smart moove & thats where you feel that the marketing team is really working hard on some stratagy. Honda"s this move has certainly taken over few/many  customers from FIAT. YOu have already missed the bus sir , & hope that by the time you are ready with your stratagy its almost stale & over powered by othrs. ALL THE BEST TO FIAT ,  by the way I AM FIAT LOVER & STILL AWAITING LINEA.............. But I am sure you need many like me to turnaround your LUCK in INDIA.............. So please comout with some specific plans & dates....... ANy one listening ??????????????????
