As I have explained before at post#17 (page #2), Alloy wheels of good quality & light weight, will increase the mileage, improve performance & braking (all marginally). Contrary to this, if the alloy wheels are not of good quality & weigh more than the normal ones, the mileage will reduce, and due to corrosion, if any in extreme weather, may harm car's tyres as well. By the way, Tubeless Tyres are best suited for Alloy Wheels, and visa-versa.
Regarding wheel-size, it's always best to stick to manufacturer provided wheel size (alloy or non-alloy), i.e. 13 inches in this case - else tyre's profile will have to be reduced to keep the car's ground clearance intact. This is necessary & recommended to avoid problems in suspensions etc. and to maintain the ride quality.
