Are you sure it the spark plugs? Get the distributor cap checked too - if water gets in there too you will get similar symptoms.

To get the sparkplugs out you first need to pull out the plug that connects to the spark plug and then use a the spark plug removal tool to get the plug out.

When it all started ?. After a Car wash. There are possibility of water enteringin spark plug wires. but for that you don't need to open spark plug just need to remove spark plug wire and clean it with hi pressure air.

Also pl ask some good technician to do that. because if spark plug wire is not pulled properly it may break.

Also their can be some more reason of jerking.

1. Cracked/burned Spark plug

2. Problem with Spark plug wire.

3. Poor Fuel quality.

4. Chocked Air filter.

5. Problem with Fuel filter or fuel pump.

& Others

Pl let us know when it become Ok.

Did you or the MASS guys water wash engine compartment?  Major problem(s) at 4K Odo reading is not acceptable in a proven model like WagonR.  As the car is under warranty, ask the MASS to rectify problem.  You or any third party garage should not tamper with anything when car is under warranty.  Do post what they (MASS) did to solve this  problem.

Last time I serviced my car from Masters ( authorised service centre) but they found nothing in test drive so they just clear the sparkplug.

Actually they drive on high rpm means they accelerates more than me in every gear so jurk not find.

The car jerks only if we drive in relax mood (means 1st - 2nd on 20 Km/hr, 2nd - 3rd on 30Km/hr, 3rd - 4rth on 40Km/hr and so on) . If i drive in racing type mood it perform well. Many times i feel that my car have turbo charger. If i m driving in 2nd gear & starts from 20Km/hr it goes upto 35Km/hr with jerks & then give sudden kick in acceleration to 60Km/hr in same gear. I like this acceleration very much but afraid to damage my engine.

Please suggest me a good service man who listen the problem of customer

IMO your driving style must be the culprit.  A New WagonR's accelerator pedal is very responsive.  You seem to press pedal lil faster (speed) after changing gear.  Accel. Pedal should be gradually pressed (sometimes it may need only a constant slight touch) for the car to gain momentum. Try altering your driving style and post result.

Pl ask to check the car with scanner for any electronic malfuntion. New Wagon R is having electronic throttle position sensor. That means when you press accelertor. Sensor gives signal to engine through ECM(Engine control module) how much fuel is req for that much acceleration.

There might be some fault code in ECM with can help to daignosis of fault. Ask them to change TPS(Throttle position sensor) and again test the vehicle.

Problem with timing/fuel or fuel delivery.

Avoid doing repairs by self as the car is under warranty. Take the car to the service center, get a job card done about the problem and make it a point to ensure the issue is well understood and the remedy provided.
