Disposal of Car

Hi...i have Maruti Car 800 CC 89 Build....i want to get this car dispose but i couldn't find any information related to same on Delhi RTO or any of the reputed sites. Please suggest what to do to get the car disposed.

I'm not aware of the exact procedure to be followed.  We need to seek permission of the RTO concerned by filling up some form etc.  Basically it's not permission but intimating & submitting some data to RTO.  Thereafter we can get the vehicle scraped / dismantled.  As you know, we would get some money out of it.

Can you provide some information or some website link.I really don't know my Car RTO office location(Vehicle No: DNH-9919).
