Hi Shankar, sent the car to the planty on Monday i.e. 16th Nov.... Expecting to recieve the same by tomorrow evening as promised by the FIAT guys while they had asked me to send the car to the plant........

But one thing I am very very disheartened that I will have to use a New Car which has gone under repairs for so many times ..... and to be frank I wont stay quite thats for sure ..... Dont know hat I will be doing but I will not stay Quite.....

Sachin, please try to insist on having something from them as to what they've done from their end this time to rectify the problem - that's something you are at least entitled to know.

I do understand your pain and frustration my friend.

Yes, get them in writing as to what the fault was and what was done to repair it .Get an assurance from them that this problem will not re-occur.

Dear Sachin,

I can totally sympathize with you and can understand your situation fully.

When you have paid full amount to Fiat you should get yours money's worth.

Please go to FIAT website and write a email to Mr.Kapoor (FIAT INDIA CEO) and also mark a copy of your complaint to consumer court Email ID for there future references and records in case you wish to go to Consumer Court against FIAT and ask for a complete new Car or your money back.

I was supposed to get the vehicle on Friday evening, and had asked the dealer to get the sevrvicing done (15000 Kms) and deliver me the vehicle on saturday...... Till yesterday the vehicle had not been there at the Work shop..... I have asked for the details of the fault and also the repairs FIAT has carried out for the first time and also now...... awaiting from them ... the details and also the Vehicle.....
