Do not worry since the installation of additional horn does not need the installer to cut/use the wire which powers ECU. I have installed Roots on my SX4 with a relay/cutoff and works perfectly fine. Also i had asked MASS guy who confirmed that it has nothing to do with the warranty of the car since the main wiring is not touched.

hey why go for the ;local pair of horn .........why not choose Hella Horns.

For alto I recommend go for Panther Horn of Hella , its sound superb & have  warranty replacement till 9 months.

Guys,

A question here do we need a relay when replacing the stock horns in Accent to roots windtone or Minda windtone? Since the Accent already has a pair of horns fitted as stock so do we need to use a relay now for the new pair of horns?

Thanks,
Shashank
