How important is Tachometer ?

Hello,

I heard MATIZ does not come with Tachometer . Is it really important ?

How does it help while driving??

What will be cost if i install it from some authorized shop?

Tachometer essentially shows the revolution of the engine per minute. After market installation of tachometer is possible. Cost depends upon showroom to showroom and the brand you purchase. Please enquire before you purchase. Though having a tachometer is good, it's not absolutely necessary. How many of the Bajaj scooters had tacho? Or for that matter, the older generation rwo wheeler and four wheeler? People still bought them, tacho or not.
