Accident Claim - CNG not recorded in RTO

IM in big trobl. i had a severe accident near dharu heda which is around 10-20 km from gurgoun with a truck at early morning. Thankfully m save but my car (wagonr) got damaged very badly.

my front portion has taken most of the damage including the roof of the car. Now, i want to claim the insurance bt sum say it is necessary to make an fir, as accident happened yesterday WAT SHUD I DO.

my original license is also missing and ive converted my car into cng which is still not  converted into RC. cud ne1 PLZ guide me on this. wat cud be the possible estimate 4 repairing the car if its whole front portion is damaged i hope insurance company wud at least pay for the body which is damaged. PLZ REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

For insurance purpose, FIR is not mandatory unless there is fatal injury / death - have a look at this discussion.  In any case, FIR can be filed subsequently also.

Nevertheless, the problem here is that your insurance claim will be rejected straightway for the fact that CNG retrofitment has NOT been endorsed in the RTO Records / RC Book & resultantly in Insurance Policy (mandatory).
