Hi,

I got a petrol swift which is almost 4 years old. so planning to sell it off ( got a good offer) and going for a new one. Two options informt of me are 1. Swift VDI or Ritz VDI. Basically we will be using it for city drive.

* What is the actual mileage you people are getting on both these cars and which one do you feel gives more confort.

ps: i really dont like Ritz back view

okay.. The deal was that the Swift LXi which we were using has been exchanged with maruti dealer ( got 3.15L / 4 Year old).

The decision to go for swift was that we are looking for a hatch back  ( from maruti) which is in the range <5L. Since we used swift for quite a long time, we truned to swift.

And mileage, i believe we are getting something around 18. I personally haven't done any test since its in my home town and am in different place now.

Last week i took it for a long run approx. 250 kms, I was pretty happy about the ride. I own a hyundai i10 (6 months old) here in my current place, comparing it with ritz, i prefer ritz for riding comfort ( good suspension) preferly good for a long run. i10 feels bumpy on bad roads . On contrary, driving pleasure in i10 is better than ritz, the steering feels light and you can easly zip around the city. comparing interiors, i10 is the best.( my ritz interior is black). colour combination, build, luxury look of i10 interiors matches withh any other superior vehicles.
