20 lacs plus gone waste.  why did you purchase from Arshia, Faridabad.  Fahrenhite is a better dealer in Delhi.

The only option is take them to consumer court.  They will not unerstand the polite language.

Rohit now that you have invested Rs.20 Lakh in a car, it might be worth to sue them in consumer court. Ask for damages which would be a brand new car WITHOUT any charges to you.

i had heard of a case on TBHP where a Skoda superb was replaced owing to being faulty but customer paid 1.5Lakh.

If thre is one case, there could be another (a car being replaced). Get in touch with TBHP member search team-bhp.com for skoda supr and you will get the person. Ask him how he got his case forward.

Consumer courts seem good enough though

This is a similar case of Harish Kanchan and he posted his story in carewale also, I guess he still battles it out in the court. Please get in touch with him (+91-98331-38094), he def can help you, as he tried almost everything with Skoda.
