Vahanpujari, are you referring to the booklet that has all TATA-FIAT listed statewise and their phone numbers ?

Nope. That is a Dealer network booklet.

This is just a brochure/ leaflet kinda stuff for 24X7 Roadside Assistance. I distinctly remember reading terms of assistance as well

Yesterday, we had been to our village, Veedur, and then, to Puducherry [Pondy] in my Fiat Linea.  I got the best FE of 18.1 kmpl of petrol consistently from Hosur to Krishnagiri, with 3 occupants, CC at 21 degree C, maintaining 70 to 80 kmph and not exceeding 2500 rpm.  Afterwards, it got reduced due to bad stretch of road from Krishnagiri to Thiruvannamalai, and hence, frequent change of gears.  After return to hq, the average FE worked out to 15.3 kmpl of petrol.  I am fully satisifed with my Fiat Linea's performance.

Bala: My usage is less than 10,000 km/annum.  Hence, I am a petrol fan!

thats true ravi, even my usage is the same 10000km/annum(was previously),but i opted for a diesel knowing fully well that linea would addict one to drive more and the same happened,in 6 months already my car has done 12700km,besides no one can tell that its a diesel, its as good as a petrol car

btw,are you too a native of villupuram district??

Bala:  I had 3 TD of Fiat Linea comprising two in 1.3 MJD and one in 1.4 FIRE before my booking.  In fact, I was in dilemma between the diesel and petrol version.  However, my usage and the extra Rs 1.25 lakh made me to stick on with petrol engine.

Yes, I am also a native of Villupuram district!  I have my ancestral lands at Veedur.

When I had been to Concorde Motors recently, I casually asked the mechanic about the usage of specified concentrate for windscreen washer fluid.  He said, only water is used in Concorde Motors!  He recommended the usage of water for windscreen washer fluid instead of specified concentrate.  After coming home, I topped with the solution made with the concentrate.

Ravi, I went to Concorde 2 days ago  and wanted to purchase a sachet of the wiper fluid mentioned in the Punto manual  but they did not have it with them. So I guess they must be using water only.

I remember that for my old M-800 a mechanic had said that water can be used as well.

Using water is absolutely fine.  But, using the soapy solution prepared out of the concentrate [1:100 dilution] would be better, I feel.  It is just like washing our hands with water vis-a-vis soap+water!  The concentrate, which I purchased for my previous vehicle Versa, was used for my present Linea!
