1. How would you compare the average of Linea with Hona City (new model)
Thanks a lot, Nilesh Sawant.
Autocar India's tested FE figures for Fiat Linea 1.4 FIRE and ANHC 1.5 iVTEC MT are 13.5 and 16.5 kmpl respectively.
2. Driving pleasure in ANHC VMT is superb due to its 1.5 iVTEC powerful, silky smooth and yet fuel-efficient engine. No second opinion about it: That's why, it is the market leader in that segment! However, my Fiat Linea's power is adequate and ride and handling excellent.
3. The customer service of Fiat-TATA in my case has been very good, so far. After taking delivery of my Fiat Linea on 8 October 2009, I received 3 phone calls - 2 from Concorde Motors, Bangalore and 1 from Tata Motors, Pune - requesting for my feed back on services rendered. I also received a letter from Concorde Motors, Bangalore. I gave 9 out of 10 for most of the services rendered. But, in case of overall dealership experience, I gave 6 out of 10 only purely because it is over-crowded and lacks privacy. I expressed that Fiat-TATA should open exclusive outlet or at least a separate spacious section for Fiat products. Other than this issue, I am fully satisfied with Fiat-TATA customer service.
4.The VIN of my Fiat Linea has JPZ code, which represents September 2009 make. As you might have known that A stands for January, B for February..I ignored since it resembles '1', J for September..and M for December.
My Fiat Linea, costing Rs 8.35 lakh, has the following features which the market leader, costing more than Rs 10.62 lakh, does not have, and hence, my selection! Blue&Me, media player with voice command, automatic climate control, rear ac vents, 'Follow me home', desmodronic foldable key, service interval of 15,000 km with service due reminder, etc.
