Guys, let us add our own names for an initial commitment, so that it is easier for organizing the event. Just copy/modify the two lines above to include your name, add 1 to the count and repost.

One example done, in the name of Pankaj - Standardization keeps it easy!

Just a thought...how about during AutoExpo 2010 in Delhi? I guess everybody will find ways to be there around that time.

Without having a confirmed date for the event,again its like throwing an arrow in the dark...Guys fix a date before you build up the list...So many  people waiting for you to do that before they actually confirm their presence...

we can even arrang it on 31st dec & have have a new year party.

we can fix a venue & book a hall & have a dance party & every members would be invited with their friends if they want to bring them, like these all can come & enjoy together.

this is just 1 thought, if ull like than.
