Chevrolet Spark vs Maruti Estilo vs Hyundai I10 Era

I was comparing the re-sale values of i10 1.1 and 1.2. Compared to the i10 1.2, the 1.1 (Era) re-sale value will be less.

If you want to me advise the best among i10 and spark, I would say go for the i10 Era. Compared to the spark, it will have more space, better service backup and re-sale value.

Spark on the other hand will give you slightly better fuel mileage and better handling.

Spark is not as peppy as Alto in the 20 to 80 acceleration figures (see Autocar magazine last pages for data) which means that Spark is not a good city car where the strength of 3rd gear is very important.Spark is also poor in fuel economy and is more expensive than Alto.Internal space is marginally more in Spark so in my view Alto is a very strong case in this range.

If you ask 100 people, which one is good by looks, by personality or by performance...

99 people will go with Spark only.. 1 can be like Nipun Bharti...

If I am not wrong, the budget mentioned is around 4.2 lac. IMO there is no competition to i10 1.2 kappa.

And if you are looking for a true VFM - Spark all the way.

Request bit better research. Gearshift was a problem with older estilo. not in new one.It's actually better than many now.

Estilo is the best option for you.This is car which the car suits for u....

Spark:

Have anyone drove Spark for about 20-30 minutes?

The AC is not cooling well comparing any other vehicle (even alto).

I am paying extra for the AC - extra tax for ac - extra fuel for the AC but if that will not working well the money goes. Hence it is not VFM and also not a better buy.

Also at rear seat it is as bumpy as alto - trust me - take test drive.

i10:

It is priced high. So it is not VFM

Go through the reviews in this website and team-bhp.com (i think it is the best one) also the others there are mileage problem with 50% people.

Estilo:

In the New K series Estilo  - the seats are comfortable, the gearshift is as superb as i10, Enough BootSpace, Front Legroom are good also rear legroom is very good. Gas filled suspension gives extra comfort (spark also have the same but i think it needs some modification with the frame), if the look of i10 is good from the frontside then look of estilo is also superb, fuel efficiency is about 19 on highway with AC 75% in the city it is 15.

Only the problem with the car is that response in very low rpm is less - to overcome this you have to change gear severally.

Still people will not say that Estilo is not a good car - only because of rapid version change by MSIL.

I do not have any car - but presently i am researching on the small cars as I want to choose one for me. Trust me I with my 10 friends took test drive for the above cars 2 - 3 times and then  conclude it.
