confusion in the 3.5 to 4.5 lac range

Please I need suggestions as i am confused with

1) Punto 1.2 (looks great but no idea about the market report and cons) Rs 4.27

2) Astar Lxi ( Nice to drive bt in dis price it isnt better to buy punto or swift) Rs 3.58

3) I10 magna1.2 (looks gud but not as steady or say built as swift lxi) Rs 4.06

4) Swift Lxi (pls tell me the cons and efficiency of this one) Rs 4.22

My budget is arround 3.5 to 4.5 lacs

Fuel Efiiciency is also imp n should be low on maintaince. Running will be 700-900 km a month.

I would suggest u also look at Ritz

Astar is cramped in the rear and tiny boot.So avoid Astar unless u drive with only two members

Swift has a waiting period

Ritz also has a waiting period

Punto 1.2 Lt engine lacks the top end performance and fuel efficiency

well if considering i can wait then do i go for swift or ritz? which has a better engine n which 1 will give better mileage.
N what say you have for i10.
More over wht mileage i can get from punto n what about its maintenance  will it be hastle free like maruti (i'm emphasizing on punto because I like the looks and its presence)

I have to finalize the car by Monday morning only so any suggestion is helpful.

Considering if u can wait Ritz petrol is better than Swift petrol.

Ritz 1.2 Petrol : 11.8 (City) / 17.2 (Highway)

Swift 1.3 Petrol : 11.5 (City) / 16.2 (Highway)

Punto 1.2 Petrol : 9.7 (City) / 15 (Highway)

Punto maintenance is not as cheap as maruti but have a resonable price

Fiat service is handeled by Tata

I10 is also a good car
