Hi man ...the thing is that there are no wooden kits as such....the dash board parts are taken off and the dealer gets them coated with a ceramic like substance from outside...it might be charged around 4-5 thousand by the dealer ad you can actually approach directly to the company from where they get it done...it might save you good two grands or so...
Cheaper option would be to go for the plastic wooden finish stickers that looks cheap...
If you wanna get it done from outside then you might need to procure the dash board parts from the body shop of your dealer...they arent costly, atleast they aren't in case of swifts and sx4...it might be 150-200 for the big ones...
Once you get them just visit the guys who does it [wooden finish],and give them the parts you wanna get wooden finish onto...it takes one day for finishing...get them back and get them fixed by the body shop guys or the local accessory shop...by doing this you dont need to take off things from your car for a day or two when you might be needing the car for routine work...
Before giving them the work you need to confirm the pattern you want for your dash...
Personaly i would suggest you spend this money on the car seats ...otherwise the car is good value for money...no doubt bout that...you dont need to put wooden finish to it...just spoils the futuristic looks of the car...
Think little hatke... I dropped the plan myself for the same reasons for my sx4...
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
