The fogging you see, Is this inside the car or on outer surface of windscreen?

Considering you mentioned cold weather and monsoon, I guess it is inside. With your AC set to Cool and air directed towards the windscreen, do you push the ventilate lever towards the ventilation side?

I guess the condensation is happening on the outside of the car, as you are finding some relife with wipers.

As Amit has suggested-switch to external ventilation mode-keep the temp knob in the middle and use the demist mode on the air circulation switch.

i have tried switching to external mode of ventilation and demisting option too ,however the bottom part of the windshield remaings foggy and is a hinderence to visibilitry , i have to constantly use the wipers to remove the fogging on windshield , this problem is faced byraccent owners too . in winters it is a major problem when there is mist on the road while driving on highways

@ uvikas, after defogging the front glass immediately turn the nob again to the ventilation of the face/body side from the defogging side, & than it would not happen & than too if it stays for some time than wipe it out with wipers & than see if it happens again or not next time. because wat when the ventilation nob lest mistakably on the defogging side than this problem can happen.

Fresh air - fan direction towards windscreen - full blast (cold temp) - has worked for me in all very foggy conditions.
