Hi Friends,

I am having Wagon R VXI, purchased 9 months before. I want to install CNG kit . My daily travel is minimum 30 KMs. And monthly outing is aroung 800km minimum. Thus my total usage is minimum 1500 KM .

Can any one advise me , for mumbai where I can get good and reliable fittings? Also I have heard that there are different types of CNG. Which one is best and approximately what will be cost? Also please share your experiences on CNG.

Enquire with your maruti for fitting a CNG kit. For the K-Series, a sequential kit will do good, as in the company fitted wagonR green and Duo. The OE is BRC. So if you can get a BRC kit, I think it will perform well. Cost of the kit will be upwards of 45k. Conventional kits are not recommended, but if you insist, you could choose them, but remember, power loss will be felt and regular tuning is required.

Return of petrol power!!

+1 to Sankalp.Go for authorised fitment of good kit ,go to Maruti itself for this.Get the kit included in your RC and insurance.

Please check for the OE manufactured Kit, i am sure BRC is not OE to maruti, i may be wrong just call maruti helpline and check as factory fitted car and dealer fitted car (has a lot of difference)
