Buying experience: I was in a search for best compact hatchback .For starters Ford Figo is the best it definitely offers great value for money car and far better than its rivals like Swift . In terms of service network and showrooms however Ford is behind Maruti Suzuki ,but that said Ford's service and showroom experience is not at all bad. People at showroom have great hospitality and offer good customer service. They also involve in taking customer feedback while every step in car buying also while taking a test drive of cars. Also what impress an me as a customer is the service cost. The service cost is add power with its rivals and the build quality is top notch.
Riding experience: Ford has always been a driver's car and no expection with the new Ford Figo 2019. The car has greater punch in all the levels such as. Lower level punch offers heptic free ride in city traffic and what impress me as a owner is the top end of the car . Past 5000 RPM range the whole power kicks in from the Ford's Dragon Engine which makes the car also a great perfomer in highways . The car also feel surefooted and stable at corners thanks to the 15inch tyres in on the top end Titanium blue trim. The weight on the steering is well balanced which represents the character of Ford cars. Due to balanced weight of steering wheel it offers great feedback to the driver. Also the headlights offer good through of light even they aren't LED's or Project set up. The best thing to mention about the car is the NVH (Noise, Vibrations and Harshness) levels in the car is excellent .Ford has done an excellent job even in entry level car maintaining relatively low engine noise inside the cabin. No road or wind noise are heard inside the cabin. The best feature to tell about is the 6 Airbags including passenger with curtain airbags which offers a surefooted ride with the family.The build quality is excellent and the Thud sound while closing the doors ensures that a lot.
Details about looks, performance etc: Ford Figo 2019 is undoubtedly the best looking in its segment. And also offers great boot capacity than its rivals. However there are no projector headlamps on offer like swift but the light through is decent enough. Ford also offers dual tone color on roof as an accessory from the dealer. The ORVMs are large and covers everything behind with less blind spot. The fornt grill on Titanium Blue is offered in glossy black which adds to its sporty character . According to the performance Figo is the best in terms of power output numbers also.It offers greater stability at high speeds and offers all standard equipment like ABS with EBD ,Break assist and Hold assist etc. The car offers equipment with best build quality interior also . The dash board and center console are well put together . The 6inch touch screen is one of the best in its class but doesn't have neither Android Auto nor Apple Carplay support. The sound from the speaker is decent enough. Even the plastic quality below the dash board is good . Door pockets can hold two 1liter bottles on front sides but no door pockets are provided at back . Which is compensated by providing in the center console. At the rear it is comfortable for 3 apparently . The windows at the rear doesn't close all the way down and the rasing windows design may feel a little clostrofobic at the rear.
Servicing and maintenance: Ford provides first service for 10,000 km which costs around 1400 which is relatively less . However the service in near future may cost around 2000. Maintenance is relatively easy. Spare parts are easily available and replaced with the dealer .Spare parts can be replaced other than with the dealer.However dealership network is present all across the major towns and cities in the country service is not at all an issue to encounter within

very good car pocket friendly .. looks wise not so impressive but performance wise it's a. beast with low budget ..the servicing and maintaing it with Ford authorised centres very low and stress free ... it's maintaing is cheaper than maruthi Suzuki .. I'm telling to them still who thinks it's maintanance is very high

Offer sync3 on Figo blue which is your top spec,offer it even to existing customers as a loyalty.please add Drls.Sales will jump up for sure.If possible give faux leather as an option.Try n render it with one more tune for enthusiastic driving ,Like aspire a hand rest on rear seat and a bit more thigh support.

I am using my car since last 3 years , great machine , if you are keen driver then this is the best choice, average 17-18, in city , on highway 21- 25 kmpl, great AC , CONS- Bootspace is not so good, instrument panel is boring , really need some fresh look, rear seat space management is average. Finally I want to say that in driving dynamics it challenges the upper segment cars

The delivery of the vehicle from booking procedures are neet and crystal clear. They explained everything and I don't feel any information hidden. They were transparent. The vehicle was very smooth and excellent fun to drive car. Mileage is between 18-20 in highways before first service itself. They are assuring our maintenance cost with regular periodic replacements to be less than 50000 for 10 years or 100000 kms. Stability is good. But, the thing is telescopic adjustment should have been added. The navigation part is guiding a step higher than google maps. It shows pictorial representations for turnings and where to go in diversions. The vehicle will be excellent companion for middle class buyers. Than swift and Baleno it is good. The build quality is good, as it is a ford vehicle. The thug effect while closing the doors are good. Ground clearance is the major issue with old Figo which has been resolved here with 170 mm.

This one happens to the amazingly powerful machine that anyone can fall in love with. Awsome experience and must say best car driven so faar. Ford keep up this best quality. Thanks....

This car has a great performance, comfort and value for money. Great car. This car is amazing, grand performance, mind blowing package, driver oriented car with passenger seat comfort. Very much best experience with this car. This car is not only a car it's a great performance machine.

Pro: This is my first car , and believe me i love this car .Performance and fuel economy are awesome.It looks very pretty to me. I choose figo instead of swift and grandi10 , i tested these cars also but ford is better than these cars. I has every feature you can think of and the price are also very genuine.Build quality and security feature are also very good. Choose diesel over petrol ,if you are planning to buy. Cons: No car is perfect, so it has some flaws also Ground clearance is not as good as it should be. Choose freestyle if do more off roading Rather than that , i did not find any other cons in it.
