We bought the car in CHENNAI Ford- arumbakkam. The reception is very good and you will be delighted to enter ford showrooms in CHENNAI. I am saying this after visiting a maruti showroom. Well done guys you lost a customer. They never care or even to attend us for Swift zxi+. Buying experience is excellent with ford. Driving dynamics are great. Done a single stretch of nearly 1000 kms with fully loaded luggage and with 5 full size adults,. It's a tank. It stayed calm and stable with 3 digit speeds. Route is a mixed of well paved road and bad conditioned roads, still figo carried us comfortably and safely. Service is fantastic same like buying experience. I highly recommend people to atleast check, enquire and visit ford showrooms before you visit other showrooms. Vehicle Looks are good. Performance wise it's a great dynamic car. Tips for youngsters: You can drive it calmly when with your parents and at the weekends, it can be your street trace car as well.

Absolute stunning performance. One of the best hatchback with great mileage and excellent power(diesel). Diesel variant will never let you down in terms of power. Need to improve interiors as they are very basic. Tyre size would also need increase from 14 to 15 atleast.

1. First thing I would like to mention is mileage. When I bought the petrol version hoping that the new dragon series 3 cylinder will give better mileage I was nervous. But after driving 2000 km I am getting 12-13 in city and around 17 in highway. Decent enough for a powerful petrol engine. 2. Driving experience is excellent. Really good low end torque which makes city driving comfortable enough. Only issue I found that when AC is on sometimes I experienced lag or unresponsiveness in initial acceleration. Clutch is perfect not so light and not that hard also. Steering is adequate, very stable at high speed also. 3. Typical 3 cylinder engine noise is there but only can be heard from outside. Cabin noise is well controlled. 4. Nothing much to complaint about interior. Leg room is good, head room adequate. Bottle holder absent in rear door is not an issue for me. 5. Excellent infotainment system, crisp sound and powerful bass. Navigation is a bit slow and no android auto or apple car play. Was not a deal breaker for me though as I don't use those apps. 6. Suspension is wonderful. Very smooth over small bumps and rough road. Overall it's a complete package under 7 Lacs. I was considering swift, grand i10 and Baleno, Ignis etc but trust me Figo is the most value for money with all the features you need.

Ford figo... Superb performance. . Amazing experience.. It's been three months and 2000 kms. . Current milage is 13.7kmpl .. I am pretty satisfied. Most powerful engine in this segment..i think..Thanks Ford. . I had have no bad experience and I can give 5/5 for this lovely machine... My car is yet to go for first service. . Soo I am about to know about ford's service - maintenance costs.. But it won't cost you much.

This car deserve rating of 10 out of 5.. No no.. U r not reading wrong..!! Its not 5 out of 10 its 10 out of 5..!! Awesome experience.. Build quality no1 in this segment.. Ride quality A class.. U ll enjoy riding it.. And it has almost all features in this range..!! Last but not the list - It's a BOY not a Girl..!! Its performence & Attitude is high in class..!!

The buying experience was excellent .. ford service is very good. And it is actually a myth about Ford cars being maintenance heavy. It is easy on pocket. Already drive 34k .. and it's awesome. Except for figo and polo no one offers 1.5l diesel engine so powerful in the hatchback segment. Safety is top-notch. Good fit and finish. Don't know why people go for swift? Ride handling high-speed highways corner stability all awesome. One should and more at consider this as an option. I am the owner of this car hence writing it. Not paid ones.

The buying experience is awesome. Sandeep ford Chittorgarh is very and transparent dealer, as I am a new customer they support me well. Riding wise it is awesome car powerful engine, good handling I ride it 6000+ km. Looks are ok performance is best service is also in the budget the only cons is boot space...

Writing this review after driving my car for more than 50k kilometres. Engine gets smooth with time. Ford's handling is better than most of the other cars in this segment. The only feature this car lacks is a projector or led headlamps.
