I Feel Cheated

<p class="MsoNormal">Dear Friends, I am an Unhappy Owner of Mahindra Quanto. The Car is Positioned in the Market as a Diesel Variant at about 7 -8 Lacs Segment and the Company Claims the Mileage is 17.7 km/ltr, You will be astonished that the Average in the City of My Qunato is as low as 10.5 km/ltr which is almost 6 Rs / Km. The Car with No Luxury and Priced at 7 Lacs with Diesel Segment Just makes No Sense at Such High Cost of Running, There are Much Better Cars Available in Petrol Segment which will run at Similar Cost. The AC Power is Extremely Low, I Must say that Either its a Complete Manufacturing Defect or I Advice Customers to be Careful before making a Choice, May be you will Regret Later. I have Connected to Mr. Mahindra post which the Service Center Responded and they have taken my Car for Test and Yesterday they Partly Acknowledged finally and I am still to get a Resolution. Incase they Respond that this is the Average that Quanto gives in the City then I plan to Move to Court for Misleading Buyesr with False Claims which is Not expected from a Company Like Mahindra. Avoid this car like a plague

<p><strong>Exterior</strong> Overall good looks. But the problems begin more or less as soon as you step out of the dealership. Uneven panel gaps. Locks not working, Doors not closing. Doors opening up in the middle of the road.</p> <p><strong>Interior (Features, Space &amp; Comfort)</strong>&nbsp;Cheap plastic trims. Be ready for the glove box to pop open every few kms. AC intake jamming up - have to run the AC on recycle mode only as per dealer. Door rubber gaskets coming off.</p> <p><strong>Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox</strong> Engine performance is the only plus in this car. You will spend a lot of time wondering where the next gear is.</p> <p><strong>Ride Quality &amp; Handling</strong> Average. Be prepare for the suspension bushes to wear out after approximately 10000kms and the shock absorbers to leak around the time you are ready for your last free service. And btw, these willl be chargeable.</p> <p><strong>Final Words</strong> The dealership in Kolkata is a swindler of the highest degree. They try to maximize your bill amount each time you are unfortunate enough to send the car in for repairs which btw, would be quite frequently. My car visited the workshop 10 times in 2 years.</p> <p><strong>Areas of improvement</strong> Force Motors should get their act together and stop cheating customers with this pathetic vehicle.</p>Merc licensed engineEverything else especially owner experience
