Tata Motors December sales figures

Tata Motors’ December sales figures weren’t impressive, as they fell by 31%. The company sold 9,838 units in December 2008.
The sales of the Indica shrunk by 29% as 6,749 units were sold in December 2008. The sales of the Safari and Sumo also fell by 59% as the total sales figures for the duo was 1,416 units. The sales of the Indigo saloon grew by 21% as the company sold 1,673 units in December 2008. With higher retails than off takes this month, system inventory has been brought to manageable levels
