Toyota will launch its Fortuner on the 24th August 2009. The Fortuner will be powered by a 3.0-litre common rail engine and should bear a Rs 20 lakh price tag.

Toyota will launch its SUV Land Cruiser on the 9th of June. The Land Cruiser will have a V6 diesel motor displacing 4.5 litres and which produces a power of 282bhp and a maximum torque of 662Nm.

Toyota Kirloskar is expected to launch a new small car in India in both petrol and diesel variants. The small car will come with an engine capacity between of 1l to 1.4l. The car is expected to be launched by December 2010.
