  2. I own a mahindra logan car which I purchased on 31st July 2008. The car is good & gives good performance. It is spacious & technically has lots of feature. But the service provided by Mahindra is awful. I purchased the car from Mahindra Dealer in Gurgaon “Sterling Motors” and found them highly unprofessional. There staff themseleves is not in sync & updated with the communication done with the customer. I was told that I am going to get the cash discount “Rs.7000/-” but till date i.e. 16th Jan 2009 I never heard back from them. I called up many times spoke to the senior persons but no response except false commitment.

I got my first service of car done by “Sri Durga Automobile” at Rama Road, Delhi. I again had a bad experience with them. They take their customer very casually & don’t even bother to inform the status the car service to the customer.

At the end I can say that product is no doubt good but if the service is bad then product will not have a grip in market.

Mahindra should have a good control on their dealers. If I compare Mahindra dealers with Maruti I would give them 0 rating from 0 - 5.
