Mahindra Scorpio has been upgraded with modern technological add-ons which include airbags, Bluetooth connectivity, new twin dial instrument cluster, ‘bluevision’ bulbs in headlamps, front speakers with built-in tweeters and a speed warning alert.
The Scorpio’s pricing has been revised from November 2009 and the Mahindra SUV has now become dearer by atleast Rs 10,500. All these options are available in the Scorpio VLX.

I expect the airbags to follow to the Xylo soon.

Now, this is something I was waiting for. Airbags is something that was missing from Mahindra Scorpio. Already, most of the cars were providing airbags as a feature in their top end models.
Scorpio, which already boasts of the best engine in this segement, will attract a set of users with the airbags now made available.
I recall the day when I tested Scorpio, Tata Safari, and Innova on the same day. Although Innova scored on a lot of factors, the fun element was sorely missing. Scorpio provided that excitement that you need, although a lot of refinement is needed on the suspension front. I would go for Innova when I am a bit more old!.
Now, I have no doubts about Scorpio and would definitely going to buy in the next two months.
Way to go Mahindra!!

This feature of air bags have come pretty latei have to admit that. The airbags is a certain good featurefor a car like this one for a family purpose and the facility should have been installed in the car when it was actuall launched. The Air bags would definitely gives u an edge on safety grounds and would be a real help for the drivers and the co-passengers.
