  2. Surprising How Spark can be voted a best car ? As far as my experience their Service is really very poor and I am repenting my decision of buying a Spark. As the service center is not able to fix the problem

  4. It is emphasized that the award is for quality, not for best car. I own a one year-old-spark, and overall I have not met any problems related to quality issue. The engine remains as peppy and fuel efficient as before, the interior things including the gauges, audio, a/c, continue to be reliable and functional, and the body as well as its paint stay impressive. I don’t regret having it. It deserves the award.

  5. Its fine one can say Spark is a good car but what to do for Service. I personally feel that specially in India and that too in New Delhi Chevrolet is lacking in service area. I feel that showrooms are just for selling the cars and not for after sales service. This is my personal experience in comparison to US where great customer care is looked after to build a relationship. Here in India you are treated well till you make the payment then everything will be over and you have to wait for delivery (of course on time etc. )service advice etc.etc.
