GM sales figures

General Motors India didn’t have a great end to 2008, as sales dropped by 35.95% in December.
The company sold 4,041 units in December; it had managed to sell 6,309 units in December ‘07. The company had a growth of 9.44% in its 2008 sales. 65,702 units were sold this year compared to 60,032 units for the previous year. The company expects the market conditions to improve in the coming months.

The figures shows the reality as the sale of the company not only depends on the name and fame but also on the services we provide to the customers after sales……..I think majority of the dealers has not shown interest to maintain the reputation of the company after sales……It clearly means that majority of the dealers are interested only in selling cars not to provide post delivery services..
