CarWale.com Independence Day Survey/Review Awards Announced

We are happy to announce results of CarWale.com Independence Day New Car Survey/Reviews. Total 24 reviews were short-listed, among which just two could make it to the finals. CarWale.com found Arup Roy’s review on Chevrolet Aveo up to the mark and declared it as the only review which has won an iPod. Second finalist Nitto Joseph’s review on Honda City ZX was quite appreciable but couldn’t win an iPod. Anyways, CarWale is giving him a T-Shirt as a token of appreciation.

More than 30 cars in four categories were selected for the survey. People were asked to choose the best car in each category. CarWale T-Shirts were to be given to people whose three or more choices match with the winners. List of people who have won a T-Shirt in the survey is too big to display here. But an interesting fact is that NONE came with all four matches!

People found Maruti Suzuki Swift as the best car in small car segment, Honda City ZX in mid-size segment, Honda Civic in premium/luxury segment and Honda CR-V in SUV/MUV segment. Swift, City and CR-V were clear winners while Civic had a tough competition by Toyota Corolla. Whoever chose three of these four winners has won a CarWale T-Shirt.
