Audi India announced the best-ever record sales of 204 cars in June 2009 - a growth of 165 per cent in comparison to June 2008 (77 cars). Audi India has shown consistent growth over the last six months and recorded impressive sales of 821 cars for the first half of the year 2009, a growth of 75 per cent compared to the sales registered during the corresponding period last year (470 cars).
Commenting on the remarkable performance, Mr. Benoit Tiers, Managing Director Audi India said: “Audi India recorded growth in the first half of 2009, both in terms of sales and network expansion.“
The entire Audi model range comprising the Audi Q5, the new Audi A6, the Audi A8, the Audi Q7, the Audi A4, the Audi TT and the super sports car Audi R8 is available at 11 dealerships across the country: in Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi.
