good car, but don't buy becuase its ford

   which parts you needed to replace...?
   how much km warranty comes with a new car...?
   apart from service angle how is your driving experience...?
   I am seriously in the process of buying a petrol fusion

   Real surprise to read about ur not so pleasant exp with the Ford dealer, I've just starting exploring options for a car to buy and the Fusion has been on the #1 list all along.
   
   Abhijit, what is the on road price the dealer is offering you in Pune? I've been given a offer of 6.48 lacs on road in Mumbai

   Sorry for not responding earlier. Fusion is an excellent car. I love driving it. but the bad part is poor customer service. So you need to weigh and decide.

   i got the same offer for pune...
   Though i m pretty determined to go for petrol Fusion, i would wait for January to see if any new year goodies are offered as an option like ABS etc

   Dear friend, it would be really nice to focus more on the specific car and not the dealer/customer care. Not that what you have written is wrong, but it should be part of the overall picture, rather than being the picture itself. Otherwise thanks for the info on the bad cust care.

   Fix Or Repair Daily is unfortunately true about Ford Fusion. Plastics are bad. Car is basically a good performer but the small small niggling things like broken dashboard panel, broken power window switch, bad plastic everywhere, rattles..... and the unavailability of parts (they always need to be ordered from chennai or some other place).... it just takes away completely from the driving pleasure and make you feel disgusted rather than impressed with the car. If only Ford could fix niggles...

   DONT BUY FORD .ITS O TYPE MARKET VALUE.COMPARE THAN HONDA MARUTI TATA.HAS GOOD MARKET VALUE POSITION.PRICES AND COUSTOMER BUY SELL QUANTITY SO HIGH.BUT FORD NO ONE IS INTERESTED.GO AND SELL IT .IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SELL FORD CARS.ITS PARTS VERY HIGH PRICES IN COMPANY .IN MARKET AND SPARE PARTS STORE NOTHING AVILABLE.I HAVE FUSION PETROL.AVERAGE IS 10 AND NO ONE IS INTRESTED TO BUY.BEFWARE WHEN U GO FOR FORD.
