The king till the civic came along , the corolla is the perfect executive saloon with it's safe looks , good fuel economy , interior space & reliability . Performance is very good & so is fuel economy but now since the civic has come along ,it looks plain in & is not as exciting as the civic but now toyota has tried to lower the price to make it attractive again , equipment levels are good , but build quality isn't . There has been a new version launched , expect it in 2008

    The CIVIC has the only plus point, and that is its look. Interior is marvelous only if you are watching from the driver seat. Mismatching the color family does not gives you a new fashion always. Beige and Black is odd match. The car has been drived from sport version and hence quite uncomfrtable in seating for long. Rear seas are quite low, raising your thighs unsuported.So is the fron seat condition. At last power is quite law compare to Corolla. donot go by figures shown in the brochure.

    I test drove Corolla and Optra Magnum Diesel variant.Being 6 ft tall, I had to bend my knee to enter and exit from these cars,I felt Corolla is slightly better.If you are not bothered for Milage,and worried only reg Power/Reliability and comfort on long drives,what should be the chioce between Corolla,Optra Magnum ?? Can somebody suggest ??

    Civic 0r Corolla choice ! . choice your's to make?
    Civic Honda has the looks , younger feel .
    Corrolla is the car that works & works.saves mulla
    30 million Corollas , 20 million Beetles sold till date,
    German high way (autobahn} ,has no speed limit, Germany's Porsche SE can travel as fast as 220 MILES an hour. Choose for car comfort & safe ride on rough roads , for Indian road technology & road repair , Option limited.
