Bad service perhaps due to dealer monopoly

   Well, Kurian, you should not have taken delivery of this car. Honda is a company that values its customers, and they will not let one of its dealers shortchange their valued customers. The dealer is used to giving the shorter end of the stick to the customer since he is used to doing business in India. You should report this to Honda customer care, and I assure you that there will never be another similar incident from the same dealer.

   let me give my opinion...
   i own a hondacity for last 2 years..the car as such is fabulous, but the dealership and services are really bad..SO my advise is please dont buy a honda car if you are in kerala. i had poor service experiences both at cochin and trivandrum and i bought the car from trivandrum way back in 2005.. MY advise to all those who are planning to honda vehicle is NEVER to consider buying the vehicle unless you hear new dealership is opened in kerala...please dnt fall in the tra

   Why Kerala, the service is equally bad in Hyderabad. Worst service I have ever seen from any car manufacturer.
   Sundaram Honda is the dealer here and when you give the vehicle for service, they just clean it and return.
   This is even after giving specific instructions on job to be done
   Honda should realize the poor service quality being meted out its customers. There is no dearth of good vehicles in the market and it will not take much time for Honda to lose share
   Honda please wake up
