   If the only thing that one wants to consider while taking a car then SX4 or a hatchback or the NANO but for a sedan there are more considerations. This car is the best as compared to what it offers in that price band. City cant be beaten by any car in its range. Amazing car. I booked it today

   It is clear that Honda is trying to encash its brand in India else why should one not opt for SX4 which even has a glass antennae apart from a stunning integrated music system.SX4 scores high on its stallion looks and ground clearance gives it the SUV comfort in a acar's clothing.Poor Honda at best is aping music controls introduced by SX4 in this country.

   HONDA can not be compared with SX4, either in price or in service network. Really MARUTI has provided an excellent combination of style and technology.

   The comparison to SX4 is ridiculous.The fit-finish, the build quality, Quality of interior plastics, Vtec engine with amazing mileage shouldnt be compared to that of SX4. Honda's spare might me expensive but very rarely they let you down. City is in a league of its own. I do agree that ground clearance is an issue on Indian roads.If SX4 was such a great product it should have sent the sales chart flying. :)

   I would ask viewers to desist from comparing any car to a car from the maruti stable. City-SX-4 or swift-fabia. Please note that the marutis do not stand comparision. Just check out prices in Europe and you will find out that the SX4 costs less than Fabia over there. So it is maruti that is charging more

   U cant compare any Hondas Cars with Suzuki. Honda City is like a babbling baby in front of the SX4. Even if u compare SX4 with Civic, u will find that Civic is only in front in performance. City must have alloys and leather seats. SX4 is a very spacious beefy looking car.

    Dude have u driven an SX4? I think with the new City Honda is hoping that anything can be sold underneath a Honda badge. Don't be blind in your admiration. Check out the new city's interiors (unbelieveably plasticy and garish, feature list, feel of car (though i haven't yet driven it) but i can tell u, it will take a lot to beat SX4 in drive and handling and going by what i have seen, i don't think this car is going to make it. If someone still wants to worship the badge, i guess they will sell

    Test drive comparison in Overdrive of November gives a clear verdict.Both SX4 and New City are at par for performance and fuel economy. SX4 braking is far superior due to wider tyres,rear discs and ABS

    To compare the cars, its basically in this segment the buyer looks for luxury that's cost effective and not a price tag that leaves a hole in your pocket; to the least City cannot fit this bill. Disc brakes, integrated music system air bags. Why did the Honda release this now? Didnt oldr City's deserve ids?1 has got to be kidding if u say dat at the price of a Honda,u dont hve a Climate Control. As for sales, I'd bttr nt quote the figrs. Honda is in shwrms,SX4 has 6 mnths waiting.

    Luxury is never cost effective. And SX4 looks will look outdate in just one year from now when all the cars around will be aerodynamic. Even FABIA is going for Plastic Surgery. People are ready to buy even the CITY dats been discontinued now. Coz of its aerodynamic looks. And Ya a person who buys a car of 8 lakhs earns a lot. He might be having a hefty life insurance policy. But No insurance can give you the person's life back. ABS and DUAL AIRBAGS are certainly a life insurance.

    Guys! It is your own choice and how good you are at driving. But test drive SX4 before you close on any vehicle. You would find this car indulges you in driving. The control and suspension is amazing but I wish better ground clearance in this car and I know that would have been against its stability. Cars are to be driven on roads and in India you do not want your car to rub its belly on roads which is most unsafe for a car.

    Ofcourse SX4 is the best, but when comes to resale TRUVALUE people coating low price to sx4. The company itself devalueing the sx4..Why? Maruti Udyog should take care about resale aspect also..

    I Compared Both Cars Around 6 Mths Back.Many My Friends Objected My View That New Honda City Is Generation Ahead Then SX4.Last Week I Spent Lot Of Hours In Maruti & Honda Workshops & Talked To Mechanics. I Also Visited So Many Car Dealers About 85% Loudly Supported Honda City Then Sx4 Including Maruti Mechanics.

    Bought ALL NEW HONDA CITY. FEELS SO LIGHT. AND SO LUXURIOS, SPACIOUS, EVEN MY SKODA LOOKS DATED IN FRONT OF THIS. I suggest spending 8 lakhs on this car is equal to getting a sonata, skoda, civic or even accord. Coz at the end you want a spacious luxury car, save some money, driving performance, and pride. You get all that totally.

    Honda City has come out with automatic transmission with ABS EBD and airbags Let Maruti think twice and bring in automatic transmission otherwise we will be compelled to sell our SX4 and buy a City Automatic
