I AM A VERY OLD HONDA CUSTOMER USING ALL MODELS OF CITY, THE LAST BEING 2007 WHICH I BOUGHT AT 6.89 EX-SHOWROOM WITH 15000.00 DISCOUNT EXTRA. I WANTED TO BUY THE JAZZ, BUT I THINK HONDA HAS LOST IT AT THE TOP COMPLETELY. IT SELLS THE 1.5 JAZZ IN THAILAND WITH MUCH BETTER INTERIORS,AT MUCH LOWER VALUE. THIS PRICE IN INDIA ,IS REALLY RAELLY STUPID.THEY HAVE GOT IT ALL WRONG ALL OVER AGAIN. IT SEEMS THEY DONT WANT TO SELL MORE THEN 200 CARS P.M IN INDIA, TO GUYS WHO HAVE A LOT OF WASTE CASH TO SPLURGE.

    Yes! You are absolutely right. Whatever be the quality, Technology etc.etc., but at the end of the day, we are the buyers and defenitely not the high income group as they look at Merc/Audi/Porsch etc etc. and definitely I dont want to splurge like a fool on this vehicle.

    Stupid price indeed. It seems that Honda has gone headless and want to fool Indians on the name of technology. I had once made up my mind to buy Honda but now I want better value for my money.

    i agree honda has totally turned us down with their new product jazz, price is sky high as compair to technology lable that their trying to sell in indian market..

    Thanks Guys, I was under the impression that Honda is a good option to go with. I was confued to buy between the Jazz, City & other cars. I now am confident that I will not go with Jazz but either i20 or Grand Punto or maybe Linea. Please do help me identify anyone of these...my budget may be anyting between 7-9.     THE SUZUKI SWIFT SELLS AT 47000 DHIRAMS IN DUBAI WITH 100 BHP ENGINE AND THE HONDA JAZZ AT 10%CHEAPER AT 44000 DHIRAMS AND THAT TOO WITH A 121 BHP SUPERIOR ENGINE. CHECK IT OUT

    I SAW THE HONDA JAZZ AND ATTRACTED BY ITS LOOKS. IT IS VERY ELEGANT. AS ALL OTHERS, I ALSO OPINE THAT IT IS TOO HIGHLY PRICED FOR THE TECHNOLOGY IT IS ENDOWED WITH. I CANNOT PAY ONLY FOR THE LOOKS. THE PRICING SHOULD HAVE BEEN AROUND 5 LAKHS ON ROAD.

    Every product has a price according to its brand value and its features.Honda seems to have forgotten this and is taking Indians for a ride by pricing it right.

    Buy the ritz for half the price. Invest the rest and get free fuel:) I did it . Honda is right in front of foreign brands vying to take Indan consumers for a ride. Wake up consumers.

    Requesting HONDA to justify the price of 7.5+ Lacs on road with following important premium features missing

    => No Auto AC (climate control)
    => No Adjustable Drivers seat (so called magic seat)
    => No alloy wheels
    => No Audio Mute button on steering
    => No 1.4 ltr Engine
    => No Parking sensor

    WHY PEOPLE WILL NOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY?

    i cann't waste my time on this car.MIDDLE income group people r also Indian/Hindustani bhai. they have full rite to own a good value for money car like HIGH-class guys SX4/Swift. 'car means a car' not anything else. waite for people verdict...

    my vote:- na na, no no....for money sucker,
    no repect for Indian CUSTOMER.

    underpowered,v.low ground.clearance-just 140mm lower than told.
    Anyone with a hole at top....'ll buy the shit car for family.

    hi,

    what r the problems with indica which was told by the taxi driver ratan.

    who is ratan, as per above he may be taxi owner or driver. in any case he may be true. god knows...

    if anyone can recall pls. post about mr.ratan.now,vista it is good cheap car from tata maybe not for family use. it was not seen on roads it is as simple as that. watch yourself.
