   Dear Pradeep,
   
   I can understand your sentiments here --. Honda has done everything well but really screwed it up with its pricing. Its almost 1.5 lakh more than i20.

   being in the lower excise bracket with the jazz as compared with higher excise slab on the city, they are demanding more price for the jazz than the new city, i.e after reducing the excise they pay to the govt. this is looting. they have gone mad . time for the govt to take seroious note of car manufacturers like these, who are spoiling the others too!!! honda pl wake up

   If you are considering City after seeing Jazz I would suggest you to look at Linea. new City is also pricey - with no alloy wheels, cheap plastics, Aircon knobs like that in 800, no fog lamps or music system (no provision for them too)

   I believe that its a great car, good practical space and interiors. The price is too high to afford for the mass. I will surely not buy this casr I wouldlike to buy the City by paying 1.5lacs more. it does not make any sene to pay so much for a hatch..Honda seem to be behaving too arogant in the market place. They have not learnt from the disasters of brands like Fabia, SRV, Fusion...

   Here in Dubai, swift is costlier than jazz, still I see more swift on road.Though honda has a better delaer than suzuki, they are unable to beat swift. In India compare the cost of spares and service, if anyone buys jazz at a price above 5 - 5.5 lacs is a fool.Only advantages of jazz are 2 extra kmpl.and some extra luggage room. In style I doubt it can beat swift from any angle. About the honda fuel efficiency I dont know how its in India but here my camry gives more milage than my wifes civic.

   If they were looking at a premium pricing (which definitely they have done) atleast they should have provided features like leather upholstery, alloy wheels, automatic transmission.. they forgot to give these features and priced it as if they have given all that... god save them..
