Good car with poor quality

I am owning the Ford fusion plus car for the past three years. Fuel economy is not that great. Gives 10 kms max on highway. The quality of plastic parts are pathetically poor and very expensive to replace. The beadings do fall off. One piece of plastic beading of about 12 inch in lenght costs rs 1300 plus tax, that too not readily available. The customer service is pathetic. Yesterday I got the wheel nut replaced. One nut costs rs 100 to 170. and they maintain the monopoly of not selling such spares over the counter. You have to either get  your car to the service center to replace the nut or you should get theri guy visit you at a cost of another Rs 200. Ford is least bothered about Customer. In fact one supervisor in their service center advised me to go in for a Toyota car as my next car. Am I chased away ?
