Hi,
we had also purchased a palio stile slx on dec28th 2007.It was actually a gift on my marriage.The car is a good designed one,and spacious.But we were not given the a brand new one.The vehicle statred giving complaints from the day one.the power windows were jammed off,we coudnt open it.The speedometre was removed and th etyre were a bit worn.We had taken the car with the complete payment but we didnt enjoy the ride not even a single day.
Called up the authorities from trivandrum and launched a complained on this .they promised us a free of cost service and the car was taken to the showroom.They had the required services and it was returned back to us.recently we had taken the car for registration and came to know that the engine was not a proper one as it was showing some other identifications .
trust me this is not the proper way to go hand in hand with the customers and give them a fell of satisfaction.
We are really upste withis issue.
