DEAR SIR/ MADAM


            WE HAVE BOOKED A SWIFT DEZIRE –VDI WHITE MODEL AT M/S


ROHAN MOTORS LTD. GHAZIABAD ON 2/ 04 /2008.


 


THEY COMMIETED TO US FOR THE DELIVERY MAX. 2 WEEKS, BUT WE HAVE NOT GET THE DELIVERY OF OUR VECHICAL TILL NOW.


 


WE HAVE MET EVERY RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN ROHAN MOTORS IN THIS MATTER, BUT THERE WAS NO SATISFACTRY REPLY FROM THAT SIDE.


 


THEY SAID, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANY VDI – WHITE MODEL FROM


 MARUTI COMPANY FROM OUR BOOKING DATE(02/04/2008) TO TILL NOW.


 


WE MET THEM AGAIN ON 04/05/2008 AND THEY SAID US THAT WE HAVE RECEVING THREE VDI MODEL UP TO 09/ 05/ 2008 FROM THE COMPANY.


 


BUT TODAY THEY SAID, WE HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE VDI- SILVER MODEL FROM THE COMPANY.


 


WE ARE NOT SATISFIED FROM THERE  REPLY& PROCESS.


 


WE HAVE SUFFERED LAST MORE THAN ONE MONTH. NOW WE ARE FEELING A BED EXPERIENCE WITH ROHAN MOTORS & MARUTI UDYOG


LTD. HOW WE CAN  CONVEY A GOOD MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC .


 


 PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY, WE HOPE SOMETHING POSITIVELY.

    guess this was meant for the consumer complaints forum, the only thing that you can do is either cancel the booking or demand for interest on the booking amount

    I am facing the same problem with Vipul Motors Noida. I had booked Vxi Silky Silver Dzire on 30th Mar 08 and was told to get the car around 10-15th Apr 08. But its more than a month since the committed date. Response is same that Maruti is not giving enough cars to dealers. Now dealer is saying this month end but they are not committing.
    Totally bad customer service.

    I would advice you not to get impatient. Maruti is a trusted reliable company. They will definitely find a solution for this problem.
