This message is for Mr. Ratan Tata chairman of Tata Motors Ltd. I am very much dissatisfied from your vehicle Safari Dicor 2.2 as my 4 months old vehicle to to your manufacturing fault is in the service centre from last more than 20 days and your engineers are still checking the problem. I told them there is some major problem so refund me my money and take the vehicle back but they are not giving me any feedback on the same. Mr K.P. Sharma is the incharge but he has no authority other than to talk to me. what kind of image you are creating on your customer currently on me and may be in few years the number will increase than who will going to buy your vehicle. Eaither you refund me my money or give me some other vehicle other than Tata because after all this i do not want to use your vehicle any more. I have been suffereng every day expences of Rs. 1500 to 2000 since 20 days.

    i agree that tata motors service is not satisfactory. in fact i had a similar experience with my indigo with Prerana Motors - i have indicated my dissatisfaction and they have not bothered to check it out

    HII THIS IS AMAN MALHOTRA THIS PROBLEM EVEN HAPPEN WITH ME I PURCHASED SAFARI DICOR IN 2006 AND AFTER RUNNING ABOUT 1500 KMS CLUTCH PEDAL IS NOT COMING UP WHEN I WENT SERVICE STATION THEY SAID THIS IS DUE TO MISHANDLING OF VEHICLE BUT I EARLIER HAD SAFARI I GIVE THAT VEHICLE NO AND SAID IF I MISHANDLED THAN WHY THAT CAR IS RUNNING AFTER ALL THE NEGOTITATIONS THEY AGREE TO REPLACE THE CAR AND WHEN I START AND RUN THE CAR THE PROBLEM IS SAME AFTER ONE WEAK THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY

    yOU ARE LUCKY THAT THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY IN MY CASE NOBODY IS LISTENING AS PER THEM THE CAR IS OKAY BUT STILL THOSE PROBLEMS ARE THERE AND I HAVE INFORMED THEM BUT NOBODY THERE TO LISTEN, I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO POST YOUR COMMENTS ALL OVER THE SITES WHERE EVER POSSIBLE AND GIVE ME THE LINK OF THE SAME IF YOU HAVE SO THAT OTHER READERS WHO MAY BE PLANNING TO BUY THEY SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS AND THIS WILL DEFINITELY AFFECT TATA MOTORS SO AS TO MAKE THEM REALISE ABOUT THEIR DESCRIPENCIES.
