I am Booked my car on Dated 02/04/2008 in k.p. auto, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur but after passing 27 Days I amn't received my car delivery & Maruti suzuki office & Dealear response are very - very Bad.

    Always Maruti Car Delivery very poor, in the compition maruti defet only delivery.

    I have booked this vechicle even before the launch of the car on 25th March. They told me I will be given first preference when it launches. Finally they said by the end of this month and today the sales guy came an asking to sign a form stating that i have booked the dzire car and i am willing to wait for 6 to 8 months what crap is this.     The dealers in Pune are saying there is 6 months delivery delay for Swift Dezire. This is ridiculous as till then the market will certainly change and this model will be older compared to its pear launches. I hope Maruti does something about this as rather that waiting for six months we will certainly go in for another car.
    There seems to be something fishy about the whole process and I feel the dealers are playing a notorious game on the allocation process.

    Maruti should fix booking amount to 10000 inr with penalty clause in case of delay. This is the only way to mantain its reputation.otherwsie in this market people have choices.The day FORD FIESTA/VERNA will just reduce the prices. MUL has to start working towards various schemes to sell their this hot cake even.

    I HAVE BOOKED THIS DEZIRE VXI THE DAY ITS LAUNCH TILL DATE I DONT HAVE IDEA WHEN I WILL GET IT.

    THE RESPONSE OF THE DEALER IS ALSO NOT SATISFACTORY AFTER BOOKING.

    No one is taking advantage. Maruti is stuck in a situation where demand far exceeded its capacity, and hence the delay.

    Finally i got it my car with handsome average 20 Kms / ltr. but dealer charged 19037 Rs. Excess for booking time value. this is fare ?

    Are you sure that the dealer charged this extra money as booking time value and not because of the recent price increase. I think you are mistaken.

    Same case here with me. I booked car 2.5 months back with a Sai Services at Pune. Some time back, sales person comes to me, offering the vdi car, if I pay Rs.15000/- extra than booking amount. I refused to pay that Rs 15000/- and he did not give me the car. And now he even doesn't pick up my calls. This is very very bad situation at dealer front.Dealers are doing some manipulations is the order list. Need to escalate this with concerned. Does anyone have contact details to raise the concern??

    Hello friends,
    Its just a helping hand to those people who are eagerly waiting to get the Maruti Dzire delivered early. Just follow the following proven steps mentioned below :

    You will not hear from them in your first email. Make sure you are sending a reminder stating that you need a immediate response. Mail them again

    Now its a time for real action. Compose a email express a great disappointment and distress for Maruti and send it to following people. Make sure you are mentioning why you need car early, you are from IT/Corporate sector. State the what exact Dealer has committed to you and whats the progress.

    I have booked an dzire and was told that the tentative delivery date is 31st oct. After that they have hiked the prices by 18000/-. When enquired with the dealer found that the price at the time of delivery is applicable and I need to pay the difference. I have checked with one of my friend who is working with Maruthi and found that there is one more price hike due in sep. The so called introductory offer is a eye wash and I have cancelled the order..Hence pl chek abt the prices applicable..

    I, have booked Dzire on 13th Apr in my wife's name....& it was to gift her, it was told to me that the waiting period would be 2 months but now its more than three months & still Maruti & dealers are extending further & futher, its realy getting ridiculous...Maruti r losing & worsing their reputation & goodwill....it high time now they should certainly take some +tive steps to aviod any further comments...

    Its been 5 months since i booked my car, i tried knocking all doors and followed Amit Jain's post but there is no response from Maruti. I would like to initiate legal proceedings against dealer and Maruti. Do any one initiated legal procedings.. if so pls help me out.
