I am aproud owner of the Palio SLX 1.1 fully loaded in Feb 2008
The main reasons that made me purchase this car :
  • Looks, Looks, & Looks ( It's really a head turner )
  • Sturdy Built and Clean Design
  • Build Quality is pretty good
  • Interiors are spacious and so is the Boot Space
  • Driving Comfort / position is relaxed
  • Controls are evenly placed
  • Service Assurance by Tata Motors

The MAIN and maybe the only drawback of this car is the Pickup Power, it probably needed a 100cc more

But, if you could install the K&N filters ( Air / Oil ) then this car could be THE ONE you wish for with Immediate Increase in PURE RAW ENERGY

Overall a Good car to own

    Will the K&N filter reduce the mileage?

    Yes, K&N filters will reduce the mileage - somewhere similar mileage to a palio 1.6

    But then again, if you want to increase speed then mileage HAS to be compromised, right ?

    Roughly, 2kmpl will be the reduced mileage
