   agree with you.sales boys are horrible.one of them told me that white colour is considered metallic in i10,ie it will cost me 4000 more.where as other sales boy on the next visit says that white is solid colour? what nonsense.very poor public dealing and least bothered to answer the queries

   I am planning to buy I10 and going through reviews of the same. Looks like dealers are not much bothered about customer service and complaints. Why not the Hyundai Company consider this seriously and improve the business as I10 is a good car, by customers.
   Hyundai CEO, make it a great success before it is too late, poor response and curse by customers.
   Also, almost every one is saying the Price of the car is high. Why not consider this too?

   I have had a similar experience with Hyundai dealre in Delhi. Hyundai really needs to pull up its socks in terms of customer service and taming its dealers. I bought I10 and this could be my first and last Hyundai purchase.

   Suhrit hyndai Sucks Along with that All Staff are bunch of real Bastads . They dont want to work only want to do a Time pass and waiste Customers time . i would advice to all Customers do not go to Suhrit for any kind of deal . or rather dont go for hyundai motors ,Maruti is great and it will remain Great .

   Yes, Surhit Delhi has more problems than written here. I have complained regarding their no response attitude, poor free services of car purchased from them. I have taken hyundai santro last year and they have not done one service in proper manner. Their sales executive will never give you call. You have to spend from your pocket again and again.

   I totally agree with u guys I visited them a couple of days back the salesmen there are really bad. One of them called me up and asked me if I had decided to buy a car from them when I told him I had booked my i10 somewhere else He was like how could I do this without telling him and then he hung up on me.
   
   If someone from Hyundai does read this....
   
   Guys you have a wonderful product here but please teach your dealers a lesson or two about customer service......

   I also bought i10 on 4.7.2008 from Suhrit Services & Would u believe... I have not even received the Registration slip of the Vehicle registration with Transport Deptt till 20.08.2008. COuntless no. of times I have contacted their various Staff right from Salesmane to GM(Mohit Chabbra) BUt thay are such a disgusting bunch of crooks that no two person will give u a convincing reply. Forget about call from their side.Very Poor.......
