   ok if you are talking about accord then what about its acceleration, ground clearence, mileage
   how can you say that accord is bettter than civic

   Noticing the exceptionally low rating in this review, I expected to learn some of the car's downsides that you won't find elsewhere.
   However, there is no concrete data provided in this review. For example, on what grounds are you comparing it with the previous generation Civics? Are you comparing this Civic that is launched in India with the one in the US?
   Could you be more explicit as it would help us, the prospective buyers, take a more informed decision. Thanks, etc.

   I think civic is a bit overpriced(so are the other honda cars).Otherwise,it is a brilliantly designed car.Also,the suspension systems of honda cars are usually not taken care of(Honda guys:this is India,not America,the roads are too bumpy here)leading to poor ride quality.Optra magnum is well priced-it's faster,more luxurious,loaded with features and is cheaper to run(diesel) and maintain.Though it's a diesel car,it's the only car that offers stiff competition to civic

   I dont find honda civic worth for 12-13 lacs.civic is a good car but fails because of overpriced,low ground clearance not suitable for indian roads.i would rather go for a honda accord anyday.

   I agree with Saptarshi, I clicked this review just b'coz it was the only one that appeared to have a -ve view about the Honda Civic . But I am not quite convinced with what is said . Please explain to me as to why you don't like the car ?? It may help me choose my nxt car . Thanx in advance !!

   what is going on with this road clearance thing. ... everyone is talking about it. well... it wud be a tragedy if someone buy a car and then keep hearing that bump sound on base of car...... hell....... my mood is spoiled after reading these reviews and i might not buy civic... there is problem with low ground clearance, average suspension (like city), average mileage and such high price........ i wud rather go for a car which has no big issues like ground cl spl when u r driving fast

   I don't quite understand the discussion that the Civic is over priced..it certainly has everything you cold expect from its segment(apart from a low ground clearance that isn't anyways too bad). Also, please clarify what you mean by "dunn like the front exterior of the car..wont last long on indian roads".

   what a sensless review. Even a small kid will not criticise civic's looks. for those of you who are confused about the civic : IT'S ONLY DOWNSIDE IS LOW GROUND CLEARENCE BUT YOU CAN COPE WITH IT, OTHER THAN THIS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CIVIC. I think the guy who wrote this review is blind or something.

    The Civic is worth every single paisa spent. The oinly faults are with groung clearance,as with all Hondas.

    Civic's Interiors & Exteriors are very good, especially driver ceat is precious, Extraordinary style, normal milage, good pick up so, i think this is a great car........

    I think the CIVIC design is the future of the automobile industry. Its a fantastic car, sleek interiors, ground clearence is not as much of a problem as it has been discribed, and yea....u'll definately feel good driving IT. The only thing that i wasn't impressed with in this car.... is sound quality of the music system..... in a nut shell.....a fantastic buy.... ;)

    wat is the problem with ground clearance.i have a civic.it has not even scraped once on the speed breaker.the optra magnum has aground clearance of 165 mm which is less than the civic. so people, stop cribbing about ground clearance
