actually i was planning to buy a luxury car and the car should be a diesel so i decided on ford mondeo diesel as the car being discontinued i decided on laura the car is fantastic the build quality is superb the car feels very solid even the merc c-class cannot match and what can i say about the performance its stuning it may have only 105bhp but for diesel engines the main advantage is torque at 25.49kgm its one of the most torquest car on sale in india even the accord camry or sonata cannot match its torque body control is impecable

    i bought a koda laura recently ... its a great value for money ... beast on the road ... i can say it is the best available car in the market ... stunning performance .... roadgrip awesome even when hitting 160kmh

    The Skoda Laura is a great car. But sadly the cost of spares is alarmingly high for reasons best known to the Company.Fortunately for me the parts replaced were under warranty or else I would have been debted for almost 2 lakhs for an electronic component failure. The paint job on the new car bubbled in 3 months.The Goa dealer is another story who operates from a coop and is hardly help.I have decided to sell the car as its too much to bear for the price

    Hi,
    Can someone please answer a couple of questions for me..
    I have never owned a diesel car before.. I am planning to buy the laura l&k autmatic.. should there be a minimum daily/weekly running?( i mean.. if the car isnt used for a couple of months when m abroad..would there be a problem?.. i have a running of 20km a week..)
    2. are the maintainence cost high of the laura as every1 says?
