I don't drive neither Xeta nor CS but have test-driven both. I also know a few Xeta owners. In my opinion, briefly, Xeta is not a bad car anymore (since refined). It is indeed a VFM, as stated by you. However, CS, if you can spare a little more, is definitely a better choice - else, there's nothing wrong in settling for Xeta.
By the way, though both cars are spacious/comfortable, rear seats of CS are slightly/negligibly less comfortable than Xeta, as the back-rest is marginally up-straight.
