Hi

I am looking to sell my 97 Zen. But the buyer is asking to give the car and take money. He is saying he will get it transfered later. Is it safe to give away the car without getting the ownership transfered?

This person doesn;t seem like a final buyer, but a middle man who is going to sell it futher. He wants to delay the tranfer till he finds a buyer.

How do i deal with this situation.

He definitely seems to be a middle-man.  It's not advisable to sell the car without transferring it. It is unsafe because in case of some eventuality, you will as such be held responsible, as the car is in your name.  Avoid such transactions.
