very sad to hear that dude , well i think you should give them the feed back mainly to the CEO as suggested by Nazir

I feel the Mandovi motors are quite good followed by Bimal and pratham

Cheers,

Sri

I have gone through the letters of bad experience with Bimal Auto Agency.

I have dealing with Bimal agency since 4 years.I bought two cars from them and looking for my third car from the.I have  good memories about dealings.I had recomended 4 other friends who bought cars from them.Their pr is very good and the reception we get is excellent. This company has a young CEO Mr Navin who is just a call away. One can always speak to him incase of problem.

I feel this is one of the best professional agency

Maruti has in Bangalore.I felt sorry for those who were not given proper attention and came out to write in the net.

After going through several dealers in Bangalore I booked a Swift from Bimal in 14 Jan 2008.

They still havent given delivery of the car and neither have they told me when they will deliver the car as of date. Can you expect this when ur spending 5.2 lacs for a car?

Their Sales Staff only appear proffesional, they make promises that they cannot keep.

BTW The cancellation charges of Rs 500 is mentioned in the booking slip. Apparently Bimal is the only agency who charges this.

BIMAL AUTO.....***** ******...One of the worst dealers in Bangalore.  Pratham motors is much, much better when it comes to service.  Regret on my decision to buy the car from Bimal Auto.

They do not understand the meaning of service.

Warning: By no means are you supposed to use abusive language. Please be careful next time.

Yah, Bimal Whitefield is not a good professional agency to deal with. I bought a car from them one year ago. At the time of delivery, the sales executive showed very pleasant behavior and promised to respond for each individual need bt just a call. But, I understood his false promise as the day progressed. Even, their service department is more worse. I gave it for periodic servicing after 1 month and they did it very poorly. I carry out my service now in Suraksha in Electronics City and I must thank them for their dedicated service.

Serviceing in Bimal is pathetic. They don't take care of customer.

Another issue with Bimal Agency is when u give your car for servicing. Once the servicing is done, an executive calls up to get the feedback about the service and the person who dealt with you.  We should be providing a rating between 1 to 10.

Before u tell them the rating, the executive who had called up, mentions that the rating should not be less than 9. So in short you end up putting 9 or 10, even if you were not satisfied with the billing or any other service..

They force us to put in a rating of 9 or 10. Even if you argue, you are not sure if the correct ratings ever go in.

And I thought only fiat owners are the poor souls deprived of good service for their cars.
I am surprised to see a Maruti service station/dealer employing such tactics even though they make truck loads of money with so many maruti's selling.

I bought an Alto from Bimal.

Not a great experience. They have not delivered the vehical on proposed date not only that I have to pay for the freebies which they have agreed to give it complimentary.

Service is pathetic. They charge bomb compare to others and they hardly have folks available...  parking space a big problem.. and the service advisors are totally useless folks.

The CEO might be savvy and brand orientaed guy but unware or just dont bother whtas happening at shop floor and at ground level

Bimal is the best dealers in car it is one of the best compared to pratham or RNS. I suggest every one to buy cars from their. One of the biggest advantage is you dont meet with accidents it is my experience with bimal since 10 years. Best Best Best

I agree with you guys.

Bimal Auto is the most shittiest service station I have seen amongst all the dealers.

I bought a swift diesel from them. And right from the purchase time to all the services, I have had a terrible experience.

First time, the driver was supposed to put the mud flaps and bring me the RC book from the room. He did neither. He said he would call me the next day, which he did not.

During second service, again our driver was supposed to put the mud flaps, and call me up the next day with regard to some query on the RC book. He did neither. Worse off, my music system wiring got ruined during the second service, and till now, I am still waiting for some one to call me,.

I have never had such a torturous experience with any service station. Or show room. I think going to Bimal was a sickeningly bad action.

Regards,

Rahul
