LPG / CNG kit, whether good for Car's life

Is it good to install LPG / CNG kits to the petrol cars. Does it reduce the life and performance.

also, which if the better option between LPG and CNG?

There have been a lot of misconceptions surrounding the LPG/CNG issue. These fuels DO NOT reduce the engine life in any way what-so-ever. You can go in for either of the fuels, considering your requirements. CNG will have a 20% drop in performance while LPG will deliver better performance.
